How to follow a build

Pictures, progress and a little help when you need it.

Start with the pieces

Choose a model, check its shapes and quantities, then use Start building. The pictures show our colours; match each new part’s position and orientation.

One step at a time

Each step has a picture, words and a list of the pieces to add. Earlier pieces look lighter, while new pieces retain their pictured colour. Count studs when a step asks for a gap or overhang. Previous and Next let you move at your own pace.

Another angle

Explore in 3D opens an optional view. Use Front, Side, Top, Reset view and Zoom, or drag. If 3D is unavailable, the complete picture and written steps remain usable.

Pause and return

Your checklist and position stay in this browser when storage is available. They belong to that model revision. Analytics permission is separate: you can decline it and still save your place.

Build away from the screen

Save or print a PDF. On a computer, extract the offline ZIP and open index.html; its pictures and written instructions work without internet. Some browsers restrict optional 3D when opening local files.

Tell us what happened

Use Got stuck on this step for a specific problem. At the end, choose Built it, Missing a piece or Got stuck. Reaching the final step is not treated as proof that you built the model. Please leave names and personal details out of feedback.
