No account needed
You do not need an account to use the instructions. We do not ask for children’s names, birthdays, photographs or profiles.
Your place in a guide
Your browser remembers your step and piece checklist on this device. This works even if you decline analytics. You can reset your progress in the guide or remove it by clearing this site’s browser data.
Optional usage measurements
If you allow analytics, we send page views, build and instruction activity, campaign labels and referring website domains to PostHog in the EU. This helps us understand visits, popular pages and sources such as search or social media. We do not send full referring URLs, URL query strings or purchase/access tokens. A random measurement session expires after 30 minutes without activity. We do not use recordings, fingerprinting, advertising pixels or cross-device profiles. We never send email addresses, feedback text or search phrases into analytics. Declining has no effect on the guides.
Club emails
Brevo handles the club email and confirmation messages. We store your email, consent wording and time, confirmation status and source. We send only the kinds of email you agreed to when signing up. Current signup covers occasional free build ideas, new packs and offers. Buying a pack does not subscribe you. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. We keep a minimal record of opt-outs so we do not email you again.
Purchases and access
Stripe and Link process checkout and financial receipts. Little Build Club stores your buyer email, billing country, purchase reference, edition, payment/refund status and agreed terms to deliver and support your purchase and maintain accounting and tax-review records. We do not receive your full card details. Brevo sends functional access and recovery emails separately from marketing. Essential purchase cookies keep checkout status for up to one day and guide access for up to 30 days; recovery links expire after one day. Optional measurement remains consent-based. Contact us about order-data correction or deletion; records needed for accounting or statutory obligations may need to be retained.
Feedback and retention
Feedback contains your selected outcome, optional note, build version and step. Avoid including personal details. Connection and error logs can include IP addresses and requested URLs. The web server rotates logs weekly, keeping four access-log rotations and ten error-log rotations for service operation and security. Unconfirmed signups are flagged for review after 30 days. Resolved feedback is automatically removed after 12 months. Analytics delivery receipts are removed after 30 days. PostHog stores measurement events under its account retention policy. The 30-minute session expiry does not delete previously collected events. Contact us for details about your information.
Keeping information safe
Access to personal information is restricted to our private administration workspace. We use encrypted connections. Encrypted backups have a 30-day retention; deletion requests are reapplied if a backup is restored.
Children and the site
Children may use the guides alongside adults. Our default experience therefore has no public profiles, photo uploads, targeted advertising or behavioural personalisation.
